The Christmas season is not the happiest for many people.  Many are sad, lonely, or hurting for a number of reasons.

If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, your health, a relationship, your job, or a deeply held dream; if you are far from those you love, or if you have painful memories of Christmas' past, this time of year can be especially painful and lonely or filled with mixed emotions.

A few days before Christmas, on the eve of the Winter Solstice, we will gather in the evening for a “Blue Christmas” service of readings, prayers, and music.  Our worship is quiet and reflective, accepting the hurts we bear and offering the hope of comfort, strength and peace.

Join us as we hold fast to the promise that “the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.”
